The Children's Ministry

Infant Nursery (Birth to 2 years):

We believe in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our precious babies. While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their infants are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our caring volunteers create a positive church experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus early on. Nursery classes coincide with all of our Sunday morning and mid-week services.  We recommend parents bring a diaper bag and bottle, both labeled with your child's name.  Please feel welcome to bring any comfort items your child might have such as a blanket or favorite toy.  You will also want to bring a change of clothes for your child just in case it is needed.

Toddler Nursery (2 & 3 year olds):

We feel that the "terrific" 2's and 3's are an age where foundational character development begins.  In this classroom we endeavor to teach Biblical character strengths to the children.  Things like honesty, patience, and forgiveness are focused on.  Through guided play, music, craft and story time these children learn important principles for their young lives.  Nursery classes coincide with all of our Sunday morning and mid-week services. We recommend parents bring a diaper bag, labeled with your child's name. You will also want to bring a change of clothes for your child just in case it is needed.

 Preschool and Kindergarten:

We know that this age group loves to learn, which is why this classroom provides interactive learning experiences in a colorful and engaging atmosphere. From illustrated Bible lessons to hands on interaction, children learn God's Word in bite-size bits. Age-specific classes coincide with all of our Sunday morning and mid-week services.

 Children’s Church (1st through 6th grades):

Children will enjoy themselves completely in any of our colorful classrooms. We begin each service with fun games and meaningful worship.  The principles from God’s Word are taught to the children in a relevant and creative way. Children will also spend time in small groups discussing the weekly points. Children are not sitting through long lectures, but learn through class activities and participation.
